Private Jet Dublin to Capri

Dublin and Capri lie approximately 1,138 nautical miles apart, a distance well within range of a light jet such as the Embraer Phenom 300 or Cessna Citation CJ4, both comfortable at cruise altitudes near 43,000 feet on a sector lasting only a few hours. Dublin International Airport serves Ireland’s capital, a city of Georgian squares and literary pubs along the River Liffey, its famously changeable weather offering a fitting contrast to the settled Mediterranean climate awaiting travellers at the other end of the flight. Since Capri Heliport is built only for helicopters, the standard routing lands first at Naples, with a brief helicopter transfer completing the final leg to the island, arriving with the Faraglioni rising from the water and the terraces of Capri town visible from above. Once ashore, the Blue Grotto remains an essential first excursion, along with an evening spent around the Piazzetta as the light fades over Marina Piccola. The Gardens of Augustus offer some of the island’s finest views for those with time before dinner. This short but characterful route suits travellers pairing Irish business or family visits with a quick Mediterranean escape, valued for its brevity and for eliminating any need for a connecting flight through a distant European hub, with the whole journey easily achievable within a single working day if required, weather over the Irish Sea permitting, and a departure slot that can usually be confirmed with very little notice at either end of the trip, which suits the often changeable nature of Irish weather.
