Private Jet Mahé to Coeur d’Alene

Mahé to Coeur d’Alene spans 8,205 nautical miles, requiring the genuine intercontinental legs of a Gulfstream G650ER or Bombardier Global 7500, both capable of sustained cruise near 51,000 feet through the roughly fifteen-and-a-half-hour flight. Seychelles International Airport serves Mahé, the main island of an Indian Ocean archipelago known for its granite boulders, coral reefs and exclusive resort culture, quite different in character from the pine-forested lake basin awaiting on arrival in North Idaho. Coeur d’Alene’s floating golf green, shifting position across the lake by cable, offers a curiosity of an entirely different kind than anything on Mahé’s beaches, and the surrounding lake supports sailing and paddling through summer before Silver Mountain and Schweitzer bring dependable snow each winter. Tubbs Hill’s shoreline trails give arriving guests an easy stretch after such a long flight, and the historic Silver Valley mining towns sit a short drive away for those interested in a different kind of regional history. Spokane offers broader connectivity nearby. Given the extraordinary distance involved, spanning the Indian Ocean, Africa, the Atlantic and much of North America, this route generally serves travellers with well-established tourism or investment interests in the Seychelles alongside property or business ties in the interior Pacific Northwest, most building in several days of recovery time in Idaho before continuing further business across the American West. Seychellois resort operators and their international investors make occasional use of this route, though its length means most treat it as the anchor leg of a considerably longer, multi-stop itinerary. Given the scale of the crossing, most itineraries build in several days on the ground at either end to justify the considerable distance travelled.
