Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Private Jet Charter Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury travel, an extensive network within the aviation industry, and a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Management:
Actively seek out and acquire new clients while nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clientele.
Understand clients’ travel needs, preferences, and budgets to provide tailored flight solutions.

Charter Coordination:
Collaborate closely with operators to obtain competitive charter quotes.
Ensure the arrangement of suitable aircraft, crews, and all other logistical requirements for charters.
Monitor and manage charter bookings, ensuring all details are communicated and coordinated accurately.

Sales & Negotiation:
Present charter options to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of each.
Negotiate prices and terms with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Analysis:
Stay informed on industry trends, market rates, and emerging opportunities.
Adjust sales strategies based on market analysis to ensure competitiveness.

Post-Flight Follow-up:
Ensure feedback is collected from clients post-trip to maintain service quality.
Resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a jet charter broker or in a similar role in the luxury travel or aviation sector.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Established network within the aviation industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Proficient in CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
Knowledge of FAA regulations and requirements pertaining to private jet charters.

Compensation:

This position is commission-based. Earning potential is directly tied to individual performance and sales achievements.
Training, tools, and resources for success will be provided.
