Private Jet Belgrade to Cavallo

Belgrade to Cavallo covers 620 nautical miles, placing it comfortably within the range of a very light jet such as the Citation CJ4, with a flight time close to ninety minutes at cruise altitudes in the low forties of thousands of feet. Serbia’s capital is served by Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, a city shaped by its position at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers, with a fortress overlooking the water and a nightlife scene that has become one of the region’s most talked about in recent years. At journey’s end lies Cavallo, a granite island in the Lavezzi archipelago off Corsica’s southern coast, reached only by helicopter transfer since no runway serves the island directly. The strait between Cavallo and Sardinia sits within a protected marine reserve, its shallow coves and clear water long a draw for an international clientele who value the island’s low profile over the more visible glamour of nearby resorts. Cavallo’s few restaurants and villas keep the atmosphere intimate even during the busiest summer weeks. This route suits travellers from the Balkans seeking a quick, direct escape to the western Mediterranean, and the relatively short flight time makes same-day travel a realistic option. Guests departing Belgrade in the late morning can expect to be settled on the island, helicopter transfer included, comfortably before evening, with plenty of daylight remaining to enjoy Cavallo’s beaches and restaurants. With interest in the island steady throughout July and August, guests are well advised to confirm slots on both ends of the route ahead of peak season.
