Private Jet Burbank to Alexandria

Burbank to Alexandria covers a substantial 6,493 nautical miles, a distance that calls for genuine long-range endurance, and the Bombardier Global 7500 answers with a four-zone cabin and the ability to cruise near 51,000 feet on portions of the flight, comfortably above most weather along the great-circle track. Departures use Hollywood Burbank Airport, a well-located field on the northern edge of Los Angeles that offers private aviation clients a faster path to the aircraft than the region’s larger commercial hubs. Alexandria, at the far end of this long crossing, presents a striking contrast to Southern California, a city where Mediterranean light meets more than two thousand years of layered history. Founded by Alexander the Great, it became home to the ancient world’s greatest library, an institution honoured today by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, a disc-shaped landmark on the modern waterfront. The Qaitbay Citadel, built where the Pharos lighthouse once stood, and the multi-level catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa each offer a different route into the city’s past. Given the distance and the absence of scheduled service, this route best suits travellers with specific business or personal reasons to connect the entertainment and technology industries of Los Angeles with Egypt’s Mediterranean coast. The Global 7500’s substantial range typically allows the crossing to be flown with a single technical stop, or occasionally direct, depending on payload and the winds encountered along the way. Alexandria’s fresh seafood restaurants, drawing on centuries of fishing tradition in the eastern harbour, are widely regarded as among the best in Egypt.
