Private Jet Mykonos to Kelowna

The 5,249 nautical mile crossing from Mykonos to Kelowna sits well within ultra-long-range category, and a Gulfstream G650ER or Bombardier Global 7500 is the natural fit for a sector spanning the Aegean, the Atlantic and much of the North American continent. Both aircraft carry the range to complete the journey with minimal reliance on a technical stop and cruise at altitudes up to approximately 51,000 feet, well above the congestion and weather of lower flight levels, which keeps a long day of flying considerably more comfortable than it might otherwise be. Flat-bed suites and generous galley provisioning on both types make the many hours aloft genuinely liveable. Departure is from Mykonos International Airport, an island hub that sees intense private aviation traffic through the summer months and is well set up to handle a long-range departure with the necessary customs and fuelling support. Arrival brings guests into the Okanagan Valley at Kelowna International Airport, close to the shores of Okanagan Lake and surrounded by the terraced vineyards that have made the valley one of Canada’s most celebrated wine regions, alongside orchards and lakeside towns that draw visitors well beyond the harvest season. This route suits travellers bridging a Cycladic summer with a Canadian base, or those keen to follow island life with the quieter rhythms of lake and vineyard country. Given the scale of the sector, careful coordination of departure timing, crew rest and possible refuelling is essential, and an experienced charter operator will handle that planning so the journey from the Aegean to the Okanagan unfolds as a single, well managed undertaking rather than a series of compromises.
