Private Jet Shenzen to Mountain Air Country Club

Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport, gateway to one of China’s most dynamic tech and manufacturing hubs, sits some 6,735 nautical miles from the private airstrip at Mountain Air Country Club, a distance calling for an executive airliner such as a BBJ or Airbus ACJ319. These aircraft, adapted from commercial airframes into private cabins with proper galleys, sleeping areas and separate lounges, cruise efficiently near 41,000 feet and are usually flown with a technical fuel stop on a sector this long, depending on winds and passenger load. Shenzhen’s glass towers and round-the-clock energy set the tone for departure, a striking contrast to what follows. At journey’s end, Mountain Air Country Club occupies high ground above Burnsville in North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains, its golf course and residences arranged along a ridge exceeding 4,000 feet, served by a private strip built directly into the community. Cool mountain air, morning mist and long views toward Mount Mitchell replace Shenzhen’s dense urban skyline almost as soon as the cabin door opens. The pairing tends to suit business travellers moving between manufacturing or technology interests in southern China and a mountain property in Appalachia, and it rewards patient planning: with a required fuel stop and a substantial time difference to manage, most charter brokers recommend treating the journey as two distinct legs rather than a single push. Done this way, passengers arrive properly rested rather than simply having endured the distance, ready to enjoy the club’s golf course and mountain scenery rather than needing a day to recover from the flight itself.
