Private Jet The Valley to Krasnoyarsk

The Valley to Krasnoyarsk covers 6,187 nautical miles, a crossing of the North Atlantic and the whole of northern Eurasia that occupies close to twelve hours. The distance places the route firmly in executive airliner territory, where an Airbus ACJ319neo or a Boeing Business Jet provides the range, the private bedroom and the standing headroom that make such a flight tolerable rather than merely possible. One practical point deserves attention: the runway at Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport is short by the standards of a heavy narrow-body, so departures at maximum fuel weight are not possible and a technical stop is normally planned into the flight plan, usually at a north Atlantic or western European field. Once at cruise the aircraft settles near forty-one thousand feet, climbing as fuel burns off, with the crew watching the polar weather picture and holding alternates across northern Russia. Arrival is at Yemelyanovo International Airport, some twenty-seven kilometres north-west of Krasnoyarsk, whose long runway was laid out for freight operations and accepts an airliner without difficulty. Krasnoyarsk is the third largest city in Siberia, built along the Yenisei and joined by the Communal Bridge that appears on the ten-rouble banknote alongside the small chapel on Karaulnaya Hill. Its industrial character is unmistakable, but the taiga presses close on all sides and the rock pillars of the Stolby reserve are a short drive from the southern suburbs. The city keeps time seven hours ahead of Greenwich, a fact worth building into any meeting schedule. This is a route for private groups and corporate delegations with genuine reasons to connect the eastern Caribbean with Siberian industry, and for whom the scheduled alternative would consume two full days.
