Private Jet Beverly to Augusta

The Beverly to Augusta route runs roughly 765 nautical miles, a comfortable distance for a mid-size jet such as the Challenger 350 or, for smaller parties, a light jet like the Citation CJ4. Cruise altitudes near 41,000 feet carry the flight south along the Eastern Seaboard before angling inland over the Carolinas toward Georgia, a routing generally free of the congestion that affects the major north-eastern airports. Beverly Regional Airport, north of Boston, gives travellers on the North Shore a quick, uncomplicated departure point well away from Logan’s queues. Arrival brings guests into Augusta, a city whose global profile is built chiefly around Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament it stages every April, an event that draws an extraordinary surge of private aircraft and turns the surrounding region into one of the busiest corners of American aviation for a fortnight. The remainder of the year, Augusta offers a more measured Southern character: a historic downtown along the Savannah River, a substantial medical and research presence through Augusta University, and a steady flow of government and technology travel tied to Fort Eisenhower’s Cyber Center of Excellence. New England golf enthusiasts, along with executives whose business spans both regions, find this route a practical way to bypass the connections a scheduled itinerary through Boston and Atlanta would otherwise require. The North Shore’s proximity to several private schools and second-home communities also makes this a recurring family route around school holidays, when reliable, flexible scheduling matters more than usual. It is a quiet but consistent corridor for exactly that kind of traveller.
