Private Jet Cavallo to Glendale

Few pairings in the network cover as much ground, or as much contrast, as the crossing from the private island of Cavallo, off Corsica’s southern tip, to Glendale in the Arizona desert, a distance of roughly 5,276 nautical miles. An ultra-long-range aircraft such as the Gulfstream G650ER is the natural choice, capable of bridging the Mediterranean, the Atlantic and much of the North American continent without a fuel stop, cruising at altitudes up to 51,000 feet where it can often outrun weather that would trouble other traffic. Departure is from the Cavallo Helistrip, the discreet access point serving an island long favoured by those seeking privacy away from the mainland’s crowds. At journey’s end, Glendale presents an entirely different landscape: wide desert valleys, mountain backdrops and a metropolitan area built around sunshine rather than sea. State Farm Stadium and the surrounding Westgate district give the city a modern, entertainment-driven pulse, while the historic downtown retains its early twentieth-century character. For travellers accustomed to the Mediterranean’s exclusivity, the shift to the Sonoran Desert’s open horizons and dry heat is striking but far from unwelcome. This is a route for those who think in continents rather than cities: owners moving between a European summer base and American business or leisure interests, or families relocating seasonal plans around the calendar. The G650ER’s cabin, with its low cabin altitude and generous stand-up height, keeps a journey of this length manageable, and its range means the crossing can be planned around convenient departure windows rather than fuel-stop logistics. Flight time runs close to ten hours, making careful attention to time-zone adjustment worthwhile before arrival.
