Private Jet Charlestown to Boerne

Charlestown, on the Caribbean island of Nevis, to Boerne covers 2,121 nautical miles, a route suited to a mid-size jet such as the Citation Latitude, or a super mid-size Challenger 350 for larger groups, flight time typically running around four hours cruising in the mid-forties in altitude over the Gulf of Mexico. Departure is from Vance W. Amory International Airport, Nevis’s compact single-runway field, known for its scenic approach between the island’s volcanic peaks and requiring careful operational planning given its shorter runway length. Arrival is into Boerne Stage Airfield, serving the Texas Hill Country just outside San Antonio, a quiet alternative to the region’s commercial gateways. Boerne’s historic downtown and surrounding ranch and vineyard country offer a striking contrast to Nevis’s beaches and volcanic rainforest, appealing to the villa owners and investors who have made the island one of the more discreet luxury Caribbean destinations of recent years. Travellers on this route are frequently splitting time between a Nevis property, often tied to the island’s long-running citizenship and residency investment programmes, and business or family interests in Texas. Because Vance W. Amory’s runway length limits the aircraft that can operate there safely, careful pre-planning of aircraft type and payload is essential, something an experienced operator handles as standard practice for this route. Boerne Stage’s own compact field suits the arriving mid-size jet without difficulty. For a family managing both a Caribbean retreat and a Hill Country base, this direct sector removes the multiple connections a scheduled itinerary would otherwise require, keeping the journey to a single practical flight.
