Private Jet Abu Dhabi to Anaheim

Abu Dhabi to Anaheim spans approximately 7,282 nautical miles, a sector requiring a converted executive airliner or an ultra-long-range jet such as the Gulfstream G650ER, both suited to the sustained endurance the crossing demands. Departures from Al Bateen Executive Airport, a facility dedicated entirely to private aviation, allow for a smooth and unhurried start away from the commercial traffic of the emirate’s main international airport. The flight, scheduled around thirteen hours and forty-five minutes, typically cruises between 41,000 and 45,000 feet, crossing the Arabian Peninsula, Europe, the North Atlantic and much of North America before descending into Southern California. Arrival into John Wayne Airport delivers passengers into Orange County, close to Disneyland Resort and the Anaheim Convention Center, with the technology corridor of Irvine nearby. The shift from Abu Dhabi’s desert climate to Southern California’s milder coastal air is a pleasant change after such a long day in the air. Given the distance involved, an aircraft fitted with a private stateroom allows passengers to rest for much of the journey, a clear advantage over the multiple stops a commercial routing of this length would typically require. This corridor serves the finance, energy and sovereign investment executives who move regularly between Abu Dhabi and the business and entertainment hubs of Southern California, as well as families relocating between the two regions. Flying from a dedicated executive airport at both ends of the journey removes much of the friction that would otherwise accompany a trip of this scale. The seamless handling available at dedicated executive airports on both ends of this route also reduces the ground time that can otherwise erode the benefit of flying privately over such a distance.
