Private Jet Paros to Jersey City

The 4,371-nautical-mile route between Paros and Jersey City sits at the longer end of the network’s Mediterranean sectors, generally flown aboard a Heavy Business Jet such as the Gulfstream G550, though an ultra-long-range type is often preferred to guarantee comfortable reserves on a crossing approaching nine hours. Cruising near 45,000 feet keeps the aircraft above much of the North Atlantic’s weather for the majority of the flight. Paros National Airport, a small field serving this quieter corner of the Cyclades, handles the departure, giving visitors to the island’s beaches and its main town of Parikia a straightforward route out without transferring via Athens or a larger island hub. Arrival into Newark Liberty International Airport places passengers into the New York area a short transfer from Jersey City’s Exchange Place, a waterfront district with clear views across the Hudson River to the Manhattan skyline, and close to Liberty State Park and the Colgate Clock. Paros has increasingly drawn travellers seeking a more low-key alternative to its more famous neighbour Mykonos, and demand on this route reflects that shift, running heaviest through the summer months when the island’s marble quarries, historic churches and quieter beaches are at their most appealing. A direct departure from Paros avoids the inter-island transfer that a commercial itinerary would typically require, and the cabin space of a heavy jet keeps the long crossing comfortable for families and groups alike, particularly toward the end of an extended island stay. Naoussa, the island’s picturesque fishing-village-turned-nightlife hub on the north coast, has increasingly become a draw in its own right, adding to the seasonal spike in charter activity out of Paros each summer.
