Private Jet San Bernardino to Tallahassee

San Bernardino to Tallahassee covers around 1,686 nautical miles, a transcontinental hop that comfortably suits a super mid-size aircraft like the Gulfstream G280 or, for slightly smaller groups, a Bombardier Challenger 350. Both types cruise efficiently in the mid-forties of thousands of feet, well above the summer convective weather that frequently builds over Texas and the Gulf states, and both offer enough range to make the crossing nonstop with fuel to spare for any routing adjustments air traffic control might request along the way. Departure is from San Bernardino International Airport, a former air force base whose long runway and light general aviation traffic make it a favourite among operators serving the Inland Empire, sparing passengers the queues of Los Angeles or Ontario. Landing in Tallahassee brings travellers into a city built on hills rather than sand, its downtown shaded by oak canopies that are more evocative of Georgia or Alabama than of the Florida coastline most visitors expect. As the seat of Florida’s state government, the city’s calendar turns on the legislative session, and its two universities, Florida State and Florida A&M, add a steady undercurrent of academic and athletic travel throughout the year. This pairing suits executives and consultants whose work runs between Southern California’s logistics and manufacturing base and Florida’s state institutions, offering a direct link that avoids the hub-and-spoke routing of scheduled carriers and the loss of a working day it typically entails, while delivering passengers close to the heart of the capital in a matter of hours.
